Terms of Service

Campaigner Agency — Client Connect Service
Last updated: June 2026

1. The Service

The Campaigner Agency Client Connect service (the "Service") lets a client of Campaigner Digital Agency grant Campaigner access to the client's own marketing and analytics accounts (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and similar platforms) so that Campaigner can prepare reports and operate campaigns on the client's behalf. Use of the Service is part of an existing service engagement between you and Campaigner.

2. Authorization & Scope

When you connect an account, you choose the level of access you grant. For Google services you may grant either read-only access (reporting only) or management access (so Campaigner can implement the changes you request, e.g. publishing a Tag Manager container or updating an Analytics configuration). Campaigner uses the access only for the purposes you agreed to in your engagement and never for unrelated processing.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Campaigner's Commitments

5. Revoking Access

You can revoke access at any time from your accounts page, from myaccount.google.com/permissions (for Google), or by emailing us. On revocation we stop using the access and delete the associated stored credentials.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis as part of your engagement with Campaigner. To the extent permitted by law, Campaigner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
